Times

Hey my exams are nearly over. Well, at least for this year, there's one more paper! yipee!!

Here's something to share for now....

Sunday, we had dinner late. While waiting for dinner, at around 8pm, my brother went to the fridge and took out 6 fat marshmallows. He wanted to toast and eat them.

me: Can you eat them after dinner? As dessert?
bro: But it's already after dinner...
me: huh? You mean you've eaten your dinner?
bro: No, but it's already passed dinner time.

----------------------------------------------------

Can you imagine how it was? When he said that last line, things just felt quite "duh~". And he still gave me the look of innocence then. hehe.

Just want to link the above to something not so related, but still quite related. It's now near Christmas, one which has been publicized as the "season of giving". We even see this slogan on shopping bags. Having seen my conversation with my brother, does it mean that we don't have to be giving anymore when it's after Christmas, because it has "already passed the time of giving"?

Indeed, let us be ready to give in the ways we can, even our time, and love to others. And to give such gifts not just during the publicized "season of giving". But as a habit in life.
